These terms govern your use of labuanbajoboatcharter.com and any charter booked through our desk. Quotes are issued in US dollars, bookings are confirmed in writing via WhatsApp or email with a deposit, and Komodo National Park fees are charged separately by park authorities, not by us.
Who you are dealing with
labuanbajoboatcharter.com is the fleet desk of Komodo Luxury, operated by PT. Komodo Bahari Nusantara (Denpasar, Indonesia) under Juara Holding Group Limited, Hong Kong SAR. When you book a charter through this desk, your booking contract is with the operator named in your written quote. These terms cover both your use of the website and the general shape of our booking process.
Using this website
The site is provided for planning and booking boat charters from Labuan Bajo into Komodo National Park. You may browse, share links and quote short passages with attribution. You may not scrape the vessel directory, republish page content wholesale, or present our fleet data as your own. We work to keep information current, but boats get refitted, rescheduled and re-crewed; the binding version of any fact is the one in your written quote.
Quotes, pricing and currency
Charter prices on this site are indicative “from” figures in US dollars for the format shown, whole boat or per person as labeled. A quote prepared for your dates is the only price that binds either side, and it remains valid for the period stated on it. Where a vessel’s pricing cannot be verified, its page says price on request rather than showing an estimate.
How bookings are confirmed
Bookings run through WhatsApp at (+62) 811 3823 875 or email at [email protected]. A charter is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from the desk after paying the deposit stated in your quote; unpaid holds are not confirmations. The balance schedule, inclusions, exclusions and cancellation terms for your specific charter are written in the quote before any money changes hands.
Payments
We accept payment by the methods listed in your quote, typically bank transfer in US dollars; transfer fees charged by banks are the payer’s. We never ask for card numbers, one-time passwords or cryptocurrency payments over chat. Treat any such request as fraudulent and report it to us directly through the contacts on this page.
Changes, cancellations and weather
The cancellation schedule that applies to your booking is the one printed in your quote. Komodo is a national park crossed by real weather: captains and the harbormaster hold final authority over sailing, and routes may be adjusted for safety at any time. If the port authority closes departures entirely, we work on rebooking or credit first, per the terms of your quote. Missed itinerary stops caused by weather or park closures are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund.
Park fees and third-party charges
Komodo National Park entrance, ranger, trekking and activity fees are set and collected by park authorities and are separate from charter prices unless your quote states otherwise. The same applies to hotel nights, flights and other third-party services. Our park fee guide explains the current structure and how fees are paid.
Your responsibilities on board
Guests must follow crew and ranger instructions, hold any certification an activity requires (diving in particular), disclose medical conditions that matter at sea, and carry travel insurance appropriate for a boat-based itinerary. The captain may end an activity, or in serious cases the charter, when safety requires it, without that decision creating a claim against the crew.
Vessel substitution
If a confirmed vessel becomes unavailable through breakdown, damage or force majeure, we will offer a vessel of equivalent or better class for the same dates, an alternative agreed with you, or the remedy stated in your quote. This is standard marine charter practice and rarely needed, but it belongs in writing.
Liability
Website content is provided in good faith without warranty of completeness. To the extent permitted by Indonesian law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses arising from website use, third-party services, weather, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here reduces the safety obligations owed to you on a confirmed charter.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Questions about them go to [email protected], WhatsApp (+62) 811 3823 875, or the office at Soekarno Hatta Street, Labuan Bajo, East Nusa Tenggara 86554, Indonesia.
